Enjoy the waterfront view by the woodstove, or roast s’mores & absorb the tranquility at the gas firepit on the spacious deck. A perfect cozy winter retreat, you are right on the low bank waterfront of a private lagoon, & the Hood Canal, surrounded by woods. Outdoor amenities abound, with a pickleball court, 2 paddleboards, rowboat, & firepits at the beach & lagoon. Enjoy a scenic 1 hour drive to Olympic National Park, or watch for porpoises, otters and the resident bald eagles from the couch.

Historic Discovery Bay Beach Cabin Stunning Views

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

This is a little slice of Heaven… Your cabin has high bluff waterfront amazing views, overlooking the Salish Sea… It literally overlooks Freshwater Bay, Vancouver Island, & San Juan Islands, & Victoria BC. (Walking access is only 2 mi away). We are nestled in the middle of the gateway to Olympic National Park, and everything this area has to offer. We are only 10 miles from Port Angeles. Located in a small gated community along the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the sights & sounds of the surf & wildlife will leave you in awe from the moment you arrive. Canada is just 12 miles across the Strait so the ships coming and going from the Pacific to the ports of Seattle & Vancouver pass by adding to the ever changing scene. Dramatic tide changes, world class sunsets, abundant wildlife, surfing, crabbing, fishing, beach combing...

Indulge in tranquility at this riverside cabin. Relax by the gas fireplace or cook in the elegant kitchen with a view of the river and mossy trees from the deck. Explore the outdoors on the nearby Discovery Trail (0.08 miles). Visit Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and La Push. Forks and Kalaloch are nearby. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

Ocean View & Private Entrance Studio

Listen to the sea birds calling and watch the eagles fly and look at Strait of Juan de Fuca and Victoria, BC while surrounded by towering trees and gorgeous wilderness. The studio is located on a narrow strip of high cliffs between the town of Sequim and the working city of Port Angeles. The Olympic Discovery Trail is just a few minutes away. This ground floor studio with a private entrance & ocean view is the place to stay. This area is a dream for bicycle enthusiasts, hikers, & foodies.

Lake Sutherland Waterfront Cabin w/ Expansive Dock

Welcome to one of the most beautiful and pristine lakes in North America - Lake Sutherland. Situated between entrances to Olympic National Park, this spectacular lake front cottage is 608 sq ft with high ceilings, a modern design and a 1,400 sq ft dock to take in the sweeping views of the mountains. The cabin's gracious floor to ceiling windows let you soak in the views while you cozy up by the fireplace. Whether you are inside or out, you will be getting your much needed dose of nature.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

1.7 miles 6 minutes to Olympic park visitor center. Close to down town, Victoria ferry and a short walk to the Olympic discovery trail. Furnishings and original art from the mod era and ekornes eronomic back friendly seating. Easy single story floor plan creates both a social atmosphere and quiet with large bedrooms . Bright, Garden View "Guest House" at Ferngully

Full garden views, bright and modern secluded "guest house" 5 minutes off the highway and 10 minutes from the ferry in western Bremerton. The space is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The room has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.

Lakeside Landing

Find your landing place in quintessential lakeside cottage nestled along the shores of Lake Pleasant. Cozy up in the little living space with a fully stocked kitchen and sip your favorite drink on the covered patio overlooking the lake. The cottage is a completely private space, perched on an expansive grassy lawn. Bring your hammock and sway between the alder trees on the shoreline or build a camp fire in the fire pit provided. ~10 min drive from Forks.
