Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Die Traditionelle-Villa liegt schön ca. 700 Meter vom Meer entfernt auf einem sehr schönen Berg mit grün und schönen Meerblick - der Aussenpool befindet sich hinter dem Dach auf dem Berghügel bietet somit viel Privatsphäre zwischen Dschungel und Meer Feeling eine Besonderheit. Alle 3. Apartments mit Einbauküche, Duschbad und Waschmaschine - die Sonnenterrasse im 1. Stock hat eine Außenküche. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist modern mit guten Betten. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus im Privaten Hof.

For all those who love the beauty of nature and want to spend their vacation enjoying the benefits it provides and be disturbed only by the chirping of birds and wind noise, we are pleased to offer you a stone Robinson-style house in an olive grove. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.
