Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Welcome to SunsetNest. This two-bedroom apartment with a private pool is located on the second floor of our little stone house. Perfect for 5 people, this apartment has everything you need and a bit more. It features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a terrace with a great sunset view, and a private pool with a lounge area that is available from mid-May to mid-September. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

You'll love this place because you can jump in the crystal clean sea directly from your bed; because of the scent of the sea, wonderful sunsets and sunrises, magical summer views and the coziness.
