Walking distance to Marinas, restaurants, and brewery. 1 mile to the ski lifts at June Mountain. Pet friendly. Relax and enjoy the deck, lake and skiing.

My studio condo is great for couples, solo travelers, guests who work remotely, small families and guests with well behaved pets. (no additional pet fee). Do not leave pets alone inside. It is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The loft area provides a cozy space for reading and playing board games. Look through the large bay windows to big views of Mammoth Mountain.

Free public transportation is less than 1/2 a block from the front door. This is a private one bedroom, with one bath and a pullout sofa bed in the living room.
