One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

This is a nice small private studio apartment that has its own entrance. It has propane heat, and a great view of the lake. Comfortable sunny retreat for solo adventurers. Its next to Morgan's Landing State Park and walking distance to salmon fishing on the Kenai River. We're located in the middle of the Kenai Peninsula which is nice as a home base for day trips to Homer, Seward and Cooper Landing.
