The property consists of 4 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus one additional toilet, a kitchen dining and living area, a game room with table tennis and darts, a garage, and an outdoor heated infinity pool with hydromassage. There is free private outdoor parking for 3 cars, a one-car garage, free WiFi. The property is non-smoking. The whole villa and every room are A/C.

It is located in a small village 7 km from the center of Split.Peaceful surroundings with panoramic views of Split.The villa consists of 4 rooms,each room has a private bathroom.On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen,dining room, living room,guest toilet and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.Courtyard consists of 30 m2 heated swimming pool,gas grill,outdoor lounge for relaxing and a large table for 8-10 people.

Open plan, 2-level apartment connected by the staircase - living room/kitchen/bathroom (down) bedroom and terrace (up), in a Mravince, old village near Split, with a panoramic view of Split, the sea and the islands, and the surrounding mountains. Bear in mind that wide-angled taken photos make space look bigger than it actually is, especially lower floor, but since space is for 2 persons, you won't really need more than it has (lower floor cca 30m2, upper floor cca 20-25m2, balcony cca 14 m2).

We built, planned and furnished it with a lot of love to make it a cozy second home and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Give yourself the rest you deserve, relaxing on one of the terraces or in the pool with a memorable view. Over 800m2 are yours. With a big living area, an open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, pool area, garden and car park, the house has space for up to 10 people. Each room is air conditioned.
