In addition to winter sports, it offers plenty of recreational possibilities including rafting, white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and golfing. The stay is 0.3 km from the restaurant, public transport, and the ski bus. At 0.7 km, you have the town centre of Kaprun for evening strolls. The supermarkets lie at 0.5 km, and the ski lift is 1.3 km. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out. The apartment has heating for comfort in cold days. Mountains, as well as alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.
