In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

绿地环绕的可爱度假屋

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and additional sofa beds, and 1 twin bedded bedroom. one bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The outdoor area includes a chemical-free heated saltwater pool with a hard cover and a large terrace that enjoys sun all day. The house is just 150 m downhill from a pristine blue sea. The location is ideal for guests wishing to escape the city and enjoy a quiet seaside environment.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
