Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartment is located in Kastel Gomilica, between two UNESCO protected towns of Split and Trogir (12 km). Beach is just 50 m away and Marina Kastela is on your doorstep. Split airport is 8 km away from us. Within 300 m radius you can find supermarket, restaurant, cafe bar, post office, church, playground and bus stop is merely 100 m away. Apartment comes with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv, towels and bedlinen and fully equipped kitchen. Guest are also welcome to make use of the barbecue in the garden. We are easily accessible by car and parking is free of charge for our guests. We hope enjoy your stay with us !

Kaštilac is a small castle located on a rocky reef in the Adriatic Sea, just off the coast of Kaštel Gomilica. The castle was built in the 16th century by Benedictine nuns who had fled to the area to escape Ottoman invaders. The castle was constructed using local stone and features a rectangular tower, a chapel, and living quarters for the nuns.
