On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. You have private parking spot in front of the house, but you do not need car because apartman is near by coffe shop, restaurant, store, post office, bank, beach, hair salon, nail salon, baber shop...Split, Trogir, Aci Marina, Krka and other pleaces are close to Kaštel Sućurac. Apartman is adjusted for older people who are limited with moving.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
