Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This apartment is located on the second floor with a balcony and terrace in a private building.Entering the house you can find an open kitchen with all appliances you might need.The living room has a very comfortable double sofa be and large windows. Both bathrooms have comfortable walk in showers and huge handmade sinks with great lightning.Both rooms have big 180x200 beds and fast access to the bathrooms.There is a jakuzzi on the terrase where you can enjoy your time with your friends/familly.
