It features two en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, and a spacious covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and Kamado Joe BBQ. Large glass doors connect every room directly to the garden and private 30 m² swimming pool. Set at the end of a quiet road in a small village, the villa offers complete privacy and includes a dedicated private parking area.

he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
