Nestled in the heart of the Kenai Mountains, Renfro's Lakeside Retreat is located on emerald green Kenai Lake. Renfro's offers five unique cabins which are located on the lake. Renfro's offers spectacular views of huge snow capped mountains and a 30-mile long lake. This pristine retreat has the feel of true wilderness and yet is located only 20 miles from Seward. This means you are within driving distance of the activities people want to see and experience while on the Kenai Peninsula.

Beach House #1

A quaint cottage a short walk from Lowell Point Beach. The cottage has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. The loft has a steep staircase, so not ideal for young children or people with mobility issues. A single futon in the living room brings the total sleeping capacity to 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit.

Point Place

This cozy cabin sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen and a twin bed, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, cozy dining area and living room, outdoor grill and wonderful access to nearby trails. Located 100 yards from the beach and Caines head State Recreation area, this home is the perfect place to explore Lowell Point and spot marine wildlife! A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit

Welcome to our 2 bedroom/1 bath suits, larger then hotel rooms with the same views of the more expensive hotels. We have four units and each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, living area & bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed & a twin murphy bed. Limit 4 people. This is a vacation rental, if you need anything, please let us know. If you do not need anything then, our staff has done a good job. .

Downtown Waterfront Suite with Rez Bay Views

NOTE: Kitchen and bathroom remodeled May 2025. The suite includes a stovetop and convection air fryer oven. This is a small kitchenette, best for simple meals, not full cooking. If you plan to cook daily, it may not be the best fit. -- This is a clean and cozy private downstairs unit, attached to our family home, with a private entrance. Owners on site and happy to help with local activities.

Your family and friends will enjoy being close to the boat harbor. Whether your sightseeing, sailing, or fishing there's no need to drive and park you're just a block away from the boats. Stroll along the waterfront out the front door or hike Mt Marathon out the backdoor if you've come for the outdoors it's right here. The harbor area also has plenty of shopping and dining opportunities.
