Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Full kitchen & washer & dryer. This unit is in a separate building on our property. We are available for any questions you have!

Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,blue tooth sound system. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

Cabin has a very private and quiet setting, on 20 acres. Enjoy the private hot tub while taking in the gorgeous views of Swan Lake. Mt. Redoubt and Mt. Illimani are visible from the cabin. Firewood provided for fire pit and wood stoves. Approx 20 minutes from Soldotna, and approx 20 minutes from Ninilchik.
