It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

It is two blocks from the ocean and three blocks from the famous Mount Marathon Trail. It is also a few blocks from downtown and the small boat harbor. Built in 1941, this home has some old house personality like a real wood floor that creaks in places. We do not allow smoking or pets. We also do not have a TV. Please enjoy your stay
