Relax & enjoy wildlife from the serenity of the suite, on deck chairs or in the brand new private hot tub! In summer, your private deck is perfect for watching eagles, loons, ducks, swans and fish while enjoying cocktails or BBQ. For the lake, use a stand up paddle board or canoe from our stash. Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Max 2 guests, both 21 & older, no exceptions.

Unit D is a 2 Bedroom, 2 full baths, fully furnished apartment complete with all appliances, dishes and linens. We have a convenient fish cleaning station, deep freezer and vacuum sealer (we do not provide bags). Soldotna is the perfect location for your Alaskan adventure. We are 3 hours from Anchorage, close to the Russian River, Homer & Seward and just few miles from shops and restaurants.

2 bedroom 1 bath unit with lovely views of the Bay and Homer Spit. Located 4.5 miles from town and only a 10 minute drive from the airport, Homer Spit and downtown. Can sleep 7 with a queen bed in the 1st bedroom & a twin over full bed in 2nd bedroom. Living room has pull out sleeper sofa. Private porch & access to a vacuum packer & freezer for storing fish. Full kitchen & washer & dryer. This unit is in a separate building on our property. We are available for any questions you have!

Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,blue tooth sound system. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

Cabin has a very private and quiet setting, on 20 acres. Enjoy the private hot tub while taking in the gorgeous views of Swan Lake. Mt. Redoubt and Mt. Illimani are visible from the cabin. Firewood provided for fire pit and wood stoves. Approx 20 minutes from Soldotna, and approx 20 minutes from Ninilchik.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit
