It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. Island Watch

A cozy spot for adventurers to crash. This mother-in-law style apartment is below our home just 3 miles from downtown Homer. We have kids, cats, dogs, chickens, bunnies, and two horses, it’s nothing short of an actual zoo/circus around here. While your unit is private, there will be any of the above mentioned running around in the yard at any given time. We can’t promise you won’t hear occasional footsteps but we will promise to “whisper yell” at our kids to not run in the house :)

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware.
