Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

Stay at our wilderness ecolodge located in the Kenai Fjords! We offer oceanfront yurt lodging on our property that is surrounded by the Alaskan wilderness. Activities of sea kayaking and hiking are included! Our secluded location is accessible only by boat from Seward, Alaska. We provide boat transportation for all guests. The boat trip is about 40 minutes each way - look for wildlife like whales, otters, eagles, sea lions, and more! This entire experience is included in your nightly rate.

The Homer Roundhouse is a perfect lodging choice for a couple, a small family or 4-5 adults. Located on a small road across from the beach yet hidden in town, this first class yurt is wonderful. All modern appliances and conveniences. You'll love it! We only book 3 night minimum stays on our calendar until March 1st then we open our calendar up to fewer days. Please know that there is so much to do and see in the Homer/Kachemak Bay area that 3 nights should always be the preference.

This yurt does not have running water, but provides a modern glamping experience and amenities. There is a shared campground outhouse and access to the private bathroom and shower at Coldwater Lodge. Conveniently located near Creekbend Cafe with walking access to most businesses and live music on the weekends, as well as fishing, hiking and other recreational fun!

Welcome to your true Alaskan adventure! Nestled deep in the trees on our private property, our rustic backyard yurt offers the authentic, off-grid Alaskan experience. As a local family living on-site, we love providing local tips while giving you space to camp at this cozy yurt just a few miles outside of beautiful Homer, Alaska. This camping retreat offers a chance to view scenic wildlife such as grouse, moose, cranes, hares, and the occasional porcupine that come strolling by.

We are not your average getaway. Hidden in the rainforest canopy, spend the afternoon grilling on the porch while watching the eagles fly to and from their nest above the yurt. When your ready to wind down listen to the owls hoot around the fire ring while watching the sunset from exit glacier. A labor of love as my first home, I hope you get a slice of the serenity that comes with unplugging in this magical spot. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a moose or two in the pond.

This 16.7 acres has the main house and two other cabin rentals located on the property but plenty of space in between for privacy purposes. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in this charming 16’ Alaskan yurt on 5 beautiful, privately landscaped acres. It’s glamping at its finest~ no running water or toilet, but has electricity, fresh drinking water, queen size bed and a cute super clean outhouse. Showers available in town. NO smoking allowed anywhere. Minimum two night stay. Infant or small child free. $30 per pet fee~ request at booking. Pets must be on leash or under voice control and kept with you.
