Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet in your beach side suite overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Pet friendly, max 2 dogs. Conveniently located above Central Charters and Tours, across the street from the Homer harbor. Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $90/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit

Studio apartment with a queen size bed, full size futon, full bath and kitchen amenities. Great views of Kachemak Bay, surrounding mountains and glaciers. Welcome to our 2 bedroom/1 bath suits, larger then hotel rooms with the same views of the more expensive hotels. We have four units and each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, living area & bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed & a twin murphy bed. Limit 4 people. This is a vacation rental, if you need anything, please let us know. If you do not need anything then, our staff has done a good job. .

Downtown Waterfront Suite with Rez Bay Views

NOTE: Kitchen and bathroom remodeled May 2025. The suite includes a stovetop and convection air fryer oven. This is a small kitchenette, best for simple meals, not full cooking. If you plan to cook daily, it may not be the best fit. -- This is a clean and cozy private downstairs unit, attached to our family home, with a private entrance. Owners on site and happy to help with local activities.
