We hold a current license with both the State of Maine and the City of Rockland. We value our guests’ safety. Each guest will be given their own keys to their individual guest suite and a personal remote access code to the outside doors. We utilize security cameras and keep outside doors locked at all times for the privacy and safety of our guests. The property also has a full sprinkler system, and fire, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm systems that are monitored 24 hours a day.

This unit is a separate guest suite in the basement of my home. You have a private entrance with parking right near the entrance. Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak access at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

This home is in a country setting on Hatchet Mountain in Hope near the beautiful Maine coast and about 8 miles from Camden. About a mile from our home, is Hobbs Pond (2 miles long!) with public access for swimming, boating and kayaking. Hiking trails surround us, too! Beaver Lodge, a favorite spot for weddings and other family events, is also nearby. This listing has an exemption for all animals. For safety reasons, it may not be suitable for young children.
