The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite , self contained space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with private beach & backyard bunkhouse in the Wabasis woodlands. Plus, guests get the exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/swim platform from May-October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a serenely private backyard in the woods. Plus, an adjacent vernal pond filled with wildlife that serenades guests with the enchanting sounds of nature.

You’ll love my place because of It's proximity to fine dining, entertainment, convention center, Spectrum Health, Van Andel Arena, and Frederick Meijer Gardens. It offers a quaint feel with outdoor space and privacy. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.
