A walk-out patio with amenities, a full kitchen, large living area, two full bathrooms (shower & tub), two bedrooms (King & Queen), locked exercise room, and full laundry area. *the house is divided in two- the owners will not be there*

Waterfront family getaway! We have a waiting list we can add you to as our algorithms predict the best scenario and currently... "From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book. 1-night stays are approved on case-by-case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times.

The Lake Lodge Estate is an amenity-rich, spacious 3600 sq ft property on a park-like acre just steps away from Big Pine Island, a 223-acre all sports lake. 30 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. It's perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon is included in rental from mid-May until Oct 1st.Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. YEAR AROUND HOT TUB. Close to Cannonsburg for skiing and yard has a hill for sledding. High speed internet. Pet friendly with fee.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space on the lower level. Driving is 10min away from the airport and 15 minutes away from Downtown Grand Rapids. Very private and quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants and stores close by. Private - Kitchenette with sink, bathroom, living room. Extended hours to checkouts are sometimes negotiable.
