Das Apartment ALPINE HOME befindet sich in einem Landhaus, 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum des Dorfs Kirchberg in Tirol entfernt, in einem Seitenweg in der Nähe des Gaisbergs. Zur Tal Station des Lifts benötigen Sie 3 Gehminuten, gleich weit ist der Bus-Stop entfernt, der Sie in nur wenigen Minuten zum Lift des Berges Maierl bzw. zur Gondelbahn Fleckalm bringt. Von hier aus kommen Sie dann in das grosse Ski Resort der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Im Sommer ist der wunderschön angelegte Kirchberger Badesee über einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wandern starten Sie am besten faktisch vor dem Haus. Bike Trails finden sich sowohl am Gaisberg als auch an der Fleckalm. Unweit gibt es bereits kleinere Lokale und Restaurants von tirolerisch, über italienisch bis hin zum Steakhouse. Im Dorfzentrum finden Sie Unterhaltung in Cafés, Bars oder traditionellen Wirtshäusern. Das Apartment verfügt über einen Vorraum, ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer en Suite, einen Wohnraum mit Sat TV und einer Couch, die man für 2 weiter Personen ausklappen kann. Biker kommen auf unzähligen Mountain und Rennradstrecken auf ihre Kosten. 230 km Skipisten und drei Gondeln in nächster Nähe. Die Skibushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in wenige Minuten zu erreichen

Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

Into the centre, it is a walk about a few minutes and to the nearest cable car your drive by car just about 5 minutes, which transported you up in the Kitzbueheler Alps.

Appartement 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is een gezellig appartement in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Het appartement heeft een keuken met zithoek en ruime slaapkamer met twee boxspringbedden en een stapelbed. Vanuit de hal kom je bij de badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoen-drogers en de sauna en zomers kunnen hier de fietsen worden gestald. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.
