In wenigen Gehminuten sind alle Belange des täglichen Lebens, wie Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäcker, Restaurants, Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle und Skibushaltestelle, erreichbar. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Hahnenkamm und der legendären Streif entfernt. Es befindet sich 500 Meter entfernt ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Beim Appartement gibt es eine Haltemöglichkeit zum entladen. Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock Bars u. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Unsere Suite wurde mit einem neuen Boxspringbett, einer gemütlichen Schlafcoach und einem Esstisch mit vier Stühlen im Wohnzimmer eingerichtet. Dazu ein Flachbildschirm Fernsehgerät und für Ihre Getränke ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toast, alles bereit für ein gelungenes Frühstück. Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, man braucht kein Auto um Restaurants, Nachtlokale oder die Skilifte zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN frei, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.
