5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Dort oben gehen die Uhren immer ein bisschen langsamer, die Luft ist ein wenig reiner und der Himmel ein bisschen blauer. Eine offene Grillstelle, gemütliche Liegestühle und der tolle Blick laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein.

Shops, restaurants, bars and mountain railways are just a few bus stops away or a couple of minutes by car. The cosy completely refurbished apartment in the ground floor of the "Nanihüsli" has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, separate bedroom and living room with a sofa, TV and hi-speed Wifi.
