This secluded family built aframe is surrounded by woods and has a mountain/country side view. With an outdoor shower, hot tub and water feature you will lose yourself in peace and relaxation. We are a quick drive from the major cities (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Knoxville) and The Great Smoky Mountains. 55" Smart TV, king size bed with quality linens, bathrobes, books, vinyls and a kitchenette with cooking supplies. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

This 815 square foot home built in 1945 has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, trails, 3.5 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville. This home has a large doggie door and small fenced in yard. Pets are welcome with no extra charges. If you need a longer stay, message me to see if the dates are available. This is my home and not a full time rental property so there are some personal items around.
