Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. This compact studio lies in the Ruka Valley between the slopes 16 and 18, next to gondola and Family Park. A true ski-in/ski-out. 3 restaurants & ski rental about 100 meters. 1 Queen size bed + 1 good quality divan sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen with dishwasher. Floor 2/2, private entrance. Full size cabinet dryer. More info in the photo captions! NOTE! You need to bring your own bed linen etc, and clean the apartment to same level it was on your arrival. Free WiFi.

Rukanseutu C2 Keloparitalo Rukalla

Keloparitalon puolikkaan 64,5 neliön lisäksi tilava n. 20 neliön parvi, joka tekee mökistä kokoistaan huomattavan tilavamman (kts. kuvista). Mökki on Rukatunturin läheisyydessä noin viiden kilometrin päässä Kuusamon suuntaan, joten sopii rauhallisuutta arvostavalle mutta Rukan palveluita kaipaavalle. Rukan Ski-Bus kulkee mökin läheisyydestä/vierestä hiihtokaudella. Huomio! Sesongit Joulu, uusivuosi ja viikot 8-15 vuokraus vain lauantai-lauantai. Poikkeuksista ole yhteydessä.

Tule majoittumaan tilavaan ja rauhalliseen huoneistoon. Yksi makuuhuone, olohuone ja kk. Makuuhuoneen parisänky ja olohuoneessa oleva vuodesohva tarjoavat yöpymismahdollisuudet neljälle, lapsen matkasänky löytyy myös. Lakanat, pyyhkeet sekä loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan. Asunnossa on kaikki tarvittava wifi-yhteydestä pyykinpesukoneeseen. Huoneisto on paritalon päädyssä omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Keskustaan 2,8 km, Kuusamon Tropiikkiin 2,1 km, Rukalle 20 km.

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
