The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Tästä kotoisasta talosta löytyy iso olohuone ja erillinen keittiö, puu- tai sähkölämmitteinen sauna, iso piha sekä useampi makuuhuone joissa jokaiselle paikka nukkua. Mukavaa lapsiperhenaapurustoa. Käytössänne myös iso tehokas hiiligrilli. Pihalla trampoliini. Talo on kotimme, jossa vietämme arkisin normaalia lapsiperhearkea, kohtelettehan kotiamme kunnioittavasti majoittuessanne meillä. Petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet lisämaksusta 15€/hlö. Mainitsethan varauspyynnössä jos haluatte liinavaatteet.

Nauti majoittumiskokemuksesta! Suoraan ovelta puistoon, muutama minuutti kävellen meren rantaan, kahvilat ja venesatama vieressä. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Asunto on kauttaaltaan täysin remontoitu ja se odottaa uusia vieraita. Avaimeton sisäänpääsy on mahdollinen. Laadukas 160 cm parisänky ja 120cm futon lisäpatjaksi.

Talon suurista ikkunoista ja kolmelta terassilta avautuu upea järvimaisema, joka lumoaa vuodenajasta toiseen. The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

Maksuton pysäköinti joko kadun varressa kesäisin tai talon takapihalla talviaikana.

Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

Fisherman's hut I and II are well-equipped two-bedroom holiday cottages in Lake Saimaa near Partakoski, Savitaipale in South-Western Finland. The cottages are located on Lapinsalo island. In the summer, they can be accessed by boat (a journey of 1 km) and in the winter, conditions permitting, they can be accessed by an ice road. We will teach you to drive a motor boat.
