Esta en 1° línea de playa, cuenta con 2 grandes balcones con vistas al mar y a la calle peatonal q va a la playa, tiene un gran aparcamiento público justo en frente, en la avenida de la playa y en la misma calle de entrada (calle carril de la fuente). Tiene cerca multitud de bares, hamburgueserías, heladerías, supermercados, kioscos ..., también tiene al lado un colegio y varios parques infantiles. Esta a unos 3 minutos andando del centro de conil y bares de copas subiendo por la calle peatonal.

Casa Utopía II

This house is a little gem because it still has the traditional charm of Andalucia. The living room has a stove where you can light a fire during the winter. The kitchen is small but you‘ll find everything you need to prepare a nice meal. There is one bedroom with a double-bed and another room with a sofa that can be turned into a double-bed as well. The small bathroom has a shower and outside you‘ll find a beautiful terrace where you can sit and relax. To El Gastor it takes 10min by car.

A perfect holiday for the family

CASA JOSÉ is a single-storey house with a roof terrace. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom open off the living area. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a barbecue area and a pergola. It is a comfortable and well-equipped villa, ideal for a relaxing and informal holiday. The swimming pool with shower is set in the centre of the garden in front of the house. It’s an ideal space for children being an enclosed garden. Pets are welcome at the owner's responsibility. No dogs in the pool!

The area offers great hiking, cheap restaurants, beautiful villages and relaxing in your own pool when it's warm, or by the fireplace when it's cold. You’ll love my place because of the lovely sunshine, pure air and pure water, piece and nature. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids) and pets.
