Coronado gorgeous and a great value too!

This Resort is the only timeshare property on Coronado and it is gorgeous! Our unit is beautiful and has a fantastic location. It is across the street from the famous Hotel Del Coronado, and just one block from the beach. The rooftop patio is fantastic, with a hot tub, bbq grill, hot rock sauna, and views of the beach and Hotel Del. Covered parking is available. The week beginning April 18, 2027 is a 2 bedroom. the other weeks are one bedroom with a fold out sofa. Enjoy!

A short distance from the airport (8 min), this modern, eclectic apartment, is central to everything & only a few mins walk to Little Italy (& Harbor/Water Front) where all the restaurants are which means less Uber travel when eating out. With a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area & hvac, you may cook-in & watch a movie or eat out, on the outside deck!

This is a beautifully maintained timeshare resort, Sand Pebbles Resort, fully furnished, 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment, located 1 block from Solana beach, of which 1/4 of the walk consists of the stairs to the beach. Sleeps 4 people total, strictly enforced - 5th small child possible for extra $100. The majority of owners are families, so there are children, but it is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. I have most of June (4 weeks 5/30-6/27) to rent this year.
