El Puerto Deportivo a 3 minutos, Gibraltar con su aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad a 10 minutos a pie. Puedes ver amanecer y atardecer en nuestras playas. Desde nuestra terraza podras disfrutar la brisa y las vistas del mar. En Poniente ofrece la comodidad de estar a pie de calle peatonal y con aparcamientos gratuitos. Hay un centro de salud a 200m y supermercados. Y bus.

Casa encantadora con terraza privada y solarium. Céntrica (a 4' de la plaza de la iglesia, 8' de la playa y a 10' de la frontera de Gibraltar). Originalmente fue un estudio/taller de pintura y se nota en los objetos artísticos que la decoran configurando un ambiente singular y original. Confortable, recién decorado y amueblado. Muy luminoso y con vistas a sierra Carbonera. Aire acondicionado, calefacción y chimenea con horno de leña. No te dejará indiferente y te sentirás como en casa.
