A villa with a wide garden and swiming-pool. In a quiet and reserved area surrounded by nature. Only a ten minute walk from the Lagoa de Albufeira beach and not too far from the famous Meco Beach. It is the right location for those who are brave enough to defy the waves of the sea or enjoy the peacefulness of the lagoon next to the ocean. The garden and building were remodelled in January 2020. The home and surroundings are appropriate for families with children. All access to the property except for garage and engineering room. We are available for you every day between 9:00 and 21:00 (GMT). The Lagoa de Albufeira beach is a reference natural treasure in the Lisbon metropolitan area. It is a peaceful environment, where the beach and the forest meet. The neighbourhood has a number of green areas with playgrounds. The roads are wide and well maintained. There is a bicycle lane all the way to the beach front. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, which are a great spot for lunch, during the hottest sun hours or to help you cool down as you enjoy the sunset as you taste the rich flavours of fresh fish caught by local fishermen in Sesimbra. Nearby, at the Alfarim village, you can access fuel pumps, pharmacies, mini-markets, convenience stores and a local fresh food market. Moving around in the neighbourhood can be done on foot, bike or car to have access to other tourist attractions and local businesses.

Vous pourrez y pratiquer de nombreux sports d’eau : planche à voile, kyte, wing foil, voile légère, paddle, canoe kayak. Celle côté océan, le surf et kyte. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.
