This is the front unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

This 2nd-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits with a balcony overlooking the courtyard pool. You'll enjoy two pools (one of which is heated) and 4 hot tubs, private Guadalupe river access, and a large expanse of luscious lawn shaded by pecan trees. You're conveniently close to Schlitterbahn, Comal River parks, Guadalupe River parks, downtown, and Historic Gruene.

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

Gruene River Glamping

This 40 ft RV is nestled in a natural surrounding at the top of a hill near the Guadalupe River which makes for the perfect glamping getaway. It has that adventurous outdoor feeling of getting away from it all but with all the comforts of home. Brodie's Bungalow on Lake Dunlap

Our cozy 1,000 sq. ft. guest house is located on an acre of land on Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels. We are 4 miles from downtown New Braunfels, and 5 miles from Gruene. Our main residence is on the same property, but you will enjoy your own space; the only thing we share is the main driveway into the property. This is a waterfront property-Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver in the house rules.
