Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Within a 5-10 minute walk you can find restaurants, shops, grocery/health food stores, parks/playgrounds, river walk, and an ample amount of entertainment including live music and art events.

Dog friendly surrounded by woods (one neighbor to the side) 2 bedroom cabin, one bathroom, full kitchen, spacious living room with leather furniture. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV. Enjoy the fireplace outside along with the screened gazebo. There is a screened in back porch off the kitchen for enjoying food or drinks, facing the woods. Feel free to message questions. The 75$ dog fee is for up two dogs.
