Es ist luxuriös ausgestattet mit Altholzdachstuhl, Designerküche aus Schwarzstahl, Gartensauna, zwei uneinsehbaren Terrassen, Kamin und einer Mischung aus hochwertigen Designermöbeln und Antiquitäten. Für Kinder gibt es eine Seilbahn, ein Trampolin, Rutsche, Sandkasten, Baumhaus und Fussballplatz sowie im Sommer hauseigene Kamerunschafe.

Die besondere Lage erlaubt es, dass alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in einem Radius von 5 Km leicht erreichbar sind.

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.
