Das Apartment hat 2 hochwertige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Zugang zum Balkon. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt zusätzlich über eine Schlafcouch. Der stilvolle Wohnbereich mit offener Küche bietet einen großen Esstisch, Zugang zum großen Balkon und einen tollen Blick auf den Zeller See und die Bergwelt. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, der nächste Lift 700m und der See nur über die Straße. Es gibt zwei Bäder, einen privat Parkplatz vorm Haus sowie Zugang zur Gemeinschaftssauna im UG.

Erhaben über den Dächern von Zell am See öffnen Karin und David für euch die Türen ihres sensationellen Penthouses. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Aparthotel Eichenhof im 2. Stock und verfügt neben luxuriösen und geräumigen Innenräumen (Sauna, Kamin...) über die wohl tollste Dachterrasse der Stadt mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über den ganzen See und die umliegende Bergwelt. Ich - Elisabeth - bin Eigentümer der Wohnung Top 1 im Eichenhof und verwalte diese schöne Perle für die beiden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Direkt am Tauernradweg mit Ausblick auf die Bergstation der Areitbahn und die umliegende Natur, findet man hier die perfekte Auszeit. Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.
