It sits on a quaint piece of property 10 mins by car to downtown Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks & 5 mins to I70 & 6th Ave it’s the perfect place to stay if in town for a ski trip, checking out a show at Red Rocks, a ballgame or the arts in Denver, historic Golden, Boulder or any of the plethora of things to do in Colorado. It offers the comforts of home with amazing off the beaten path privacy within minutes of the beaten path.

Our beautiful home is centrally located and features a fully fenced backyard, perfect for enjoying sunsets with your favorite drink or cozying up by the fire pit. On cooler evenings, relax inside by the fireplace in our charming, comfortable space designed for fun, connection, and relaxation. Save on dining out with meals in our fully stocked kitchen, and explore nearby attractions with easy access to Red Rocks, Olde Town Arvada, downtown Denver, bike paths, local parks, and major highways.

Red Rocks & Denver Views

Guest suite located near Red Rocks and Golden with private entry and private parking spot. Our place is great for those heading to a concert at Red Rocks or coming to/from the mountains! Easy access to Highway 6 and Interstate 70. We don’t recommend our guest suite for those with allergies to cats- our friendly cat lives upstairs with us but wanders downstairs between guests. And as we have a steep mountainside backyard, the Airbnb is not suitable for young children.

Denver/Lakewood Home away from Home!

We have created a large 2 bedroom suite in the lower half of our house. It is an entirely separate space with a separate entrance. Floor space is 1300 SF. You will be comfortable here for a few nights or several weeks! We are located just off the highway heading west to the mountains. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away and Red Rocks is less than 15 minutes from us. We are located a few blocks away from the Belmar shopping district, which is a great outdoor mall.

Located in Edgewater, CO, Pat's Cottage is immaculate, private and relaxing. 3 blocks from Sloan's Lake. Many pubs and restaurants such as Joyride Brewing and Edgewater Public Market nearby. 10 min to Meow Wolf. Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Just 3 miles from downtown Denver, the city is quite accessible, as are the Rocky Mtns. Our cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Full kitchen. Off-street, covered parking. WiFi & AC.
