This 2-bdrm, 2-bath which includes 2 hide-a-beds, 1 in Living room and 1 sunroom). Designed to provide you with a tranquil and family-friendly retreat, making your stay truly unforgettable. The hosts live in the main house which is seen in the landscape pictures close to the lake . The hideaway in the first house you see when driving into the property, both have lake access.

Saunders Lakefront Retreat 600ft from Dunes

Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.

Dock your boat or have fun with sup, kayak and canoes. 100 yard paddle east to the second largest lake on the oregon coast. Or paddle west 2 miles on the Relaxed river to the ocean where you can then get out and play on the beach! Bird watch as you catch your fish. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil place.

Entire 3 bedroom manufactured house. It is located on a 340 acre ranch. With your own fishing poles, fish in our private pond or bring a boat and fish in the Umpqua River. Only about an hour from mountain skiing or ocean beaches. Nestled at the base of the coastal mountains Property has many ponds that are landscaped with hundreds of ornamental trees. There is a pavillion with a gas fire pit and pellet grill.
