Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

Our home has everything you need within steps of the front door. The home is located on a busy street, however it is set back off the road and traffic dies down after the workday. Enjoy our large backyard deck perfect for entertaining and relaxation. 2.8mi to Hayward field & 5th St. Public Market, 8.3 mi to Riverbend Hospital.

Enjoy a glass of wine or relax in the hot tub on your own private patio!

Studio in Downtown

This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment. The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a small child. The space is small and is best for 1-2 people.
