Ideal for those who want a retreat or need a central location of the greater Victoria area. Perfect to explore the west coast or the city! SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Paradise near the city! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and centrally located modern lake front suite. Only steps to the lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming and incredible fishing. Located just minutes to all amenities, golf courses and 15 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ.

The kitchen will be stocked with the following food items (guests must prepare the food): - Two (2) organic eggs per guest - Two (2) pc whole wheat bread per guest - Juice/Tea/Coffee/Milk/Creamer - Jam & Peanut Butter - Oatmeal - Miscellaneous Pantry items (popcorn/soup/etc.) Walking distance to Sidney (1.5km to town/1 km to the oceanfront) and the Victoria International Airport (2.2km) NOTE: Persons with mobility concerns may have a difficult time getting in and out of the primary bed.

The Sea Nest - Your Ocean Retreat

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
