We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. Our cozy holiday apartment offers you a wonderful view of the mountains - especially the Wilder Kaiser. The apartment is quietly located and is divided into a large entrance hall with a wardrobe, two cozy bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus am Rande von Au, einem kleinen extra Ortsteil der Gemeinde Bad Feilnbach mit direkten Blick auf die bayerischen Voralpen. Weil es in einer Wohnsiedlung liegt, ist es sehr ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt (München-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) sind es nur ca. 4km. Von hier kann man gleich Loswandern und Biken. Der Radweg ist 1 Minute entfernt, das Schwimmbad 5 min zu Fuß
