Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz Nr. BH2 in der Tiefgarage für einen PW von max 1800 kg Gesamtgewicht (im Preis inkl.).

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Holiday home with Jacuzzi for 6 persons-Lenzerheid

The 4.5 room holiday flat is located in the property on the Voa Sporz in the house Val Di Lai. The flat is quiet and centrally located. In a few minutes you are in the centre of Lenzerheide with numerous restaurants, shopping facilities and a connection to the sports bus. The flat has three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm). The living room is very spacious, it offers a seating and dining area as well as a reading corner and invites you to linger.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Die grosszügige 1.5 Zimmerwohnung befindet sich an perfekter Lage im Hotel Schweizerhof in der Lenzerheide. Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles in Laufdistanz erreichbar. Mit dem Gratis-Sportbus ist man in 5 Minuten bei den Bergbahnen. Durch die Zugehörigkeit zum Hotel Schweizerhof kann das Familienbad, der Whirlpool und das Dampfbad kostenlos benutzt werden. Für die perfekt Erholung nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag ist somit gesorgt.
