Het huis is centraal gelegen met op loopafstand 2 prachtige parken, Estrela en Tapada Necessidades. Verder zijn de bekende trams 28 en tram 25 op 10 min lopen! Het appartement is op de begane grond. Gratis parkeren na 19.00 uur en in het weekend. De keuken heeft geen vaatwasser en geen magnetron en is verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Gratis gebruik van gasBBQ!
