Vele Home is a lovely two-room apartment overlooking the Ligurian Sea on the ground floor of Villa Solaria, 5 minutes by walk from the beach, the cliff and the centre of Sori village. The space: one double ensuite bedroom and a living room with an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The modern and functional furniture, the large terrace and the garden with sea view are the strengths. Sori is in the middle between Genoa and Portofino. The train station and the bus stop are 300 meters from the house.

Deliziosa location con vista mozzafiato

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

Cavi Beach Home is located in Cavi di Lavagna just 100 meters from the beaches. The recently renovated apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a large courtyard and lift and has two well-furnished bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies, both by awnings and mosquito nets, and one of which is enhanced by the sea view. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi internet connection.

There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

Porta tutta la famiglia in questo fantastico alloggio con tanto spazio per divertirsi. La casa è grande con giardino situata nel borgo di Cavi a 100 metri dalla spiaggia molto bella e tranquilla. Ottimi ristoranti di tipica cucina ligure, pesce e pizza sono a 50 metri dalla casa. Ottimo paesino sulla costa attaccato a Sestri Levante per fermarsi e conoscere in tranquillità e possibilità di visitare Portofino e Cinque Terre a 20 minuti di distanza coi mezzi di trasporto.

La casa é affacciata nel golfo del Tigullio dove gode di una eccezionale vista mare ,nella quite delle colline Liguri, pur essendo a pochi passi dal mare. ha il Garage dove parte l'ascensore che raggiunge il primo piano dove si trova la cucina, salone, tinello, terrazza , jacuzzi, BBQ,bagno di disimpegno,e il secondo piano con tre camere da letto e i loro bagni privati, più camera in mansarda con bagno.
