Independent apartment for up to 4 guests in the authentic and vibrant San Lorenzo district, on the ground floor of a historical building. Fully equipped for the most comfortable stay in Rome — like home, but better. Bedroom with king-size memory foam bed and Smart TV, marble bathroom with washer/dryer, all-electric Miele kitchen, living area with sofa bed and second Smart TV. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Si può raggiungere comodamente il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali e i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico, così come la stazione Termini è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e a 100 mt dal Museo delle Illusioni, Il quartiere Monti, rione storico, si trova a poche centinaia di metri da casa. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi.

Secure parking upon request inside of the private property which is secured by an automated gate for 10eur per day.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
