In the center of Rome a private penthouse open louvered window coverings in a living room to maximize light and reveal wraparound views of Central Rome and St peter's basilica. A period fireplace, terra cotta tiles create a traditional feel. Private terrace fully furnished. Two double bed rooms. Ten minutes walk from St Peter's square and Vatican Museums. Overlooking Rome and St Peter's. 2 minutes walk to public transportation, bus & metro will take you easily to all the main historical sites.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Si può raggiungere comodamente il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali e i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico, così come la stazione Termini è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e a 100 mt dal Museo delle Illusioni, Il quartiere Monti, rione storico, si trova a poche centinaia di metri da casa. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi.

Loft in ex-stables of ancient palace

In the heart of historical Rome, close to Portico d'Ottavia and Piazza Venezia, the loft is located in an ancient renovated stable belonging to a XV palace (Palazzo Lovatelli). The loft has been redesigned by an architect and is often the residence of artists who have contributed to the artworks in the loft, and who work for the nearby Street Art Gallery, Galleria Varsi. It is perfect for a family of four or for a couple wishing for a romantic setting for their stay in Rome.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
