The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Il nostro b&b è situato nel centro storico di Tarquinia a soli pochi metri dal museo storico e dal quattrocentesco palazzo Vitelleschi. E' ubicato nel complesso architettonico del monastero di San Marco, dove un tempo vivevano i famigerati frati Neri a cui apparteneva tutta la struttura, composta da chiesa, chiostro e dalle imponenti mura di cinta della città. The Flat is located in a small and quiet street in the heart of Pigneto area, plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of facilities, and it’s 15 minutes away by metro from Termini Central Station. Metro C stop is 3 min. away, as well as tram and bus stations. I always give my guests recommendations so that they can enjoy the neighbourhood and discover Pigneto’s life!
