Unit is not shared -security cameras on the outside of the building -Please no noise or congregating in back of property or driveway out of respect for our other guests, keep in mind quiet hour after 10pm -please ask permission or if you have any questions about using anything outside of the unit, you can do this through Airbnb message or text - parking for one standard size vehicle The building is owner occupied so we live on premises and are very easy to reach for any accommodations you may need The apartment is less than 3 miles from Fabulous Forum, the NEW SoFI stadium, and beaches. Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away. Uber and Lyft run constantly in this area due to the close proximity of the airport. You won’t wait for more than a few minutes. Parking on premises for one standard size vehicle, otherwise street parking is available. DoorDash and Postmate apps can be downloaded on your phone for food delivery and grocery delivery options from all over surrounding areas Driveway is very narrow and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There are video cameras on the exterior of the building for added security The apartment is less than two miles from Fabulous Forum, the new Rams stadium, and beaches. Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away.

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Has refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. This site doesn’t have a kitchen attached, only kitchenette. You’ll love staying at our trailer. It is very comfortable,There’s basic amenities and you’ll sleep on a queen bed. (FYI The shower is small more comfortable if you’re under 6ft) we offer round-trip to and from LAX for $40 . The area is very quiet and the trailer is in our driveway. Would recommend booking if you’re going to be only sleeping here as you’ll only have bed tv and bathroom access. No heat no fan no refrigeration just an affordable place to crash.

Residential area with lots of options of groceries stores, restaurants, and shops. This is a private room with a private bathroom in a house of three bedrooms and I live in the house with our 4dogs. The living room,and front patio are shared spaces where we keep it really clean and always clean up after use. Will be happy to have your pet with us, but please add your pet in your reservation so we can better accommodate yours and ours pets🐶🐶🐶🐶
