梅赫伦（ Mechelen ）的独家顶层公寓

This impressive building was a former music school, which has been renovated and turned into stunning private duplex apartments. This ensemble is more than a century old and has some very typical Belgian features with terraces, gardens, red bricks and metal beams. This beautiful home is very quiet and has a lot of lights flowing in. It comes with a large open kitchen fully equipped, bed linen and towels are provided as well. Digital TV and Wifi are available. Bedroom with king size box-spring. The bookshelves offer a nice choice of travel guides in English and Philosophy readings in Dutch! From there, you can walk to the main square where the weekly (Saturday before 13h00) fresh market is located with a wonderful choice of vegetables, fruits, flowers and other local products. The main train station is also accessible, Brussels and Antwerp are only 20 mn away with direct lines. A place for bikes is available, a local supermarket is also nearby as well as relaxing cafes and restaurants. Finally, the National Airport of Zaventem can be reached in 15 mn by taxi when there is no traffic.

De studio is bereikbaar via een aparte zijingang en biedt ruimte aan maximaal 4 personen (1 tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapbank voor 2 personen). De studio bestaat uit een mooie open ruimte en is gelegen op de 1e verdieping, de voormalige hooizolder van onze boerderij. De gezellige studio heeft een ingerichte kitchenette, een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed, een badkamer met douche, een knusse zithoek met tv en een slaapsofa. Maximum 1 hond is welkom (na onderling overleg) mits €10 schoonmaakkosten.

It is situated in the canal zone, close to the iconic Tour & Taxis business center and exhibition complex, which is easily accessible via a newly developed park. Once an abandoned industrial quarter, the Tour & Taxis neighbourhood is now undergoing a rapid and fascinating transformation, guided by modern social and sustainability principles.

Duplex climatisé avec balcon situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble de caractère renové, au calme, dans un quartier avec restaurants, commerces et bistros. J'habite dans le même immeuble. L'appartement possède un espace bureau pour télétravail. Juste à côté de la gare de chemin de fer "Meiser", connections directes rapides en quelques minutes en train S pour les Institutions européennes. De l'aeroport BUS 12 stop: Meiser (prendre l'avenue Rogier) Tram 62 pour NATO/EUROCONTROL 10 minutes.

We moved into our new home early 2019 after intensive renovations. As a result, the impressive living room is full of light, with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, no vis-a-vis and a beautiful view on a patio garden full of trees. The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, the bathroom luxurious. There is a security camera at the entrance of the house and will be disconnected at your arrival.

During your stay at Casa Frambosia you can relax thanks to the spacious accommodation in a green environment. The Casa is well located for tourist or cultural excursions in Leuven, Mechelen, Brussels, Hasselt .... or to enjoy cycling and walking routes from the front door.
