Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Casa formica si trova a 20 metri da Corso Vittorio Emanuele, proprio nel centro storico di Noto,ristrutturata da poco tempo puo' ospitare un massimo di 4 persone,vi sono due camere da letto ed un divano letto ,un bagno in comune, box doccia e lavabiancheria,angolo cottura con fornelli a gas e forno ,gli animali domestici sono ben accetti.
