La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, è a pochi passi dal Lungomare e dal tipico mercato all’aperto. La camera matrimoniale ha un delizioso balconcino che si affaccia sulla via principale, ideale per un calice di vino alla fine di una lunga giornata di vacanza. La cucina permette di mangiare a casa comodamente, dalla finestra che si apre sul ronco entra una piacevole brezza marina. Tutti i luoghi imperdibili di Ortigia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come la spiaggetta di Calarossa

La casa è composta da una cucina funzionale e luminosa, completamente attrezzata, da un ampio soggiorno dotato di divano letto, un’ampia camera matrimoniale, attrezzata con armadio guardaroba e un pouf che può facilmente trasformarsi in letto singolo. L’appartamento si conclude con un luminoso e moderno bagno, dotato di doccia e servizi.
