Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Machi House vista mare a Capoliveri Isola d'Elba

Villetta indipendente di recente costruzione, curata nei particolari con un'indimenticabile vista mare. A piedi (300 mt) si raggiungono la spiaggia degli STECCHI e MADONNA DELLE GRAZIE. L'esterno è recintato con accesso e parcheggio privato indipendente. La casa è costruita su due livelli: al piano inferiore due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con bagno esclusivo; al piano superiore la cucina/soggiorno ed un altro bagno, terrazza vista mare. Arredi nuovi e pregiati, privacy e tranquillità.

Gli appartamenti Casa Marianna accolgono gli ospiti che cercano nella vacanza serenità e svago, lontani dal caos e dalla routine. Immersi nel verde e circondati da un giardino molto curato. Distano 600 mt dalla spiaggia di Morcone, raggiungibile a piedi attraverso una strada privata. Le due scogliere che la delineano sono particolarmente adatte allo snorkeling. E' dotata di tutti i servizi e di numerose strutture ristorative oltre ad una scuola sub e noleggio natanti.

Villa Artemide Appartamento Due Trilocale

Villa Artemide, di nuova costruzione, è situata nel comune di Capoliveri nella piccola e tranquilla località di Madonna Delle Grazie. Posto talmente tranquillo che nel settecento, questa località fu scelta come rifugio dei frati Agostiniani di ritorno dall'Isola di Montecristo e per l'ospitalità ricevuta eressero il santuario dove all'interno vi è una tavola di altissimo pregio della quale si narra che la bozza del disegno sia appartenuta a Michelangelo Buonarroti.

This is a cosy house, just refurbished with all comforts, at south side of the Island, between Capoliveri and sea in Località Peducelli, sorrounded by a 500 meters garden with an beautiful view on the sea. the beach is about 10 minutes walking down the hill from home. It is just the right place to relax far from the cities and the crowded beaches during summer time. Enjoy the sunset from home ! You can bring your pet (check the House Rules first).

The apartment "Oliveto" represents the essence of the Tuscan arcipelago park. It is in fact surrounded by olive trees and in the gardens you can find different types of fruits. At the same time it sits on the mountain underneath the village of Capoliveri, providing beautiful views and at the same time every kind of confort needed. It in fact less than one kilometers away from the village and from the two nearby beaches "Zuccale" and "Barabarca".
